By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms. We’ve kept things clear and considered, but if you ever have a question, please just get in touch.

Our jewellery

Each piece is designed and made with care. As many items are hand finished or made to order, small variations in shape, finish, or texture are part of what makes each piece unique.

Placing an order

When you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please check this carefully and let us know as soon as possible if anything isn’t quite right.

In the unlikely event that an item becomes unavailable or an error has been made with pricing or product information, we reserve the right to cancel the order. If this happens, you’ll be contacted and fully refunded.

Made-to-order, personalised & bespoke pieces

Some pieces are made especially for you, including personalised and bespoke jewellery.

Under UK consumer law, personalised and bespoke items are not eligible for return or exchange. If you’re unsure about anything before ordering, we’re always happy to help guide you.

Pricing & payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Payment is taken at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for any additional fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

Delivery

Dispatch times are outlined on our Delivery page. As each order is hand finished, dispatch times may vary slightly.

Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery passes to the shipping provider. If there are any issues, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Returns & cancellations

For non-personalised collection pieces, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Returned items must be unworn and in their original condition. Full details can be found on our Returns & Exchanges page or by contacting hello@wearerrp.com.

Personalised and bespoke pieces are excluded from cancellation rights.

Jewellery care & wear

Jewellery should be worn and cared for with consideration. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage caused by improper care is not considered a fault.

Care guidance is provided on our website to help your piece last as long as possible.

Product imagery & descriptions

We take care to represent our jewellery as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour, scale, or finish may occur due to screen differences and the handmade nature of each piece.

Intellectual property

All designs, imagery, and content on this website remain our intellectual property, copyright protected and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss related to the use of our products or website.
